New research has shown that when it comes to building professional networks for women, sizes DOESN’T matter.
While men benefit from broad, male-dominated networks, recent studies have shown that women advance to upper levels of leadership faster when they are a part of smaller, closely-connected networks that are primarily dominated by women.
