1. Definitions

1.1 We, us, our mean Eleanor Beaton & Company Communications Limited.

1.2 You and your mean the purchaser of goods, audio or video content from Eleanor Beaton & Company Limited.

1.3 This is a contract between Eleanor Beaton & Company Communications Ltd. and you.

2. Contract

2.1 When you purchase audio or video content from us, we grant you a licence (which is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable) to listen to, download or stream such content to your computer and/or other device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute or use the content other than as set out in this contract. You must not sell, transfer, lease, modify, distribute or publicly perform the content in any manner and you must not exploit it commercially. You agree to not tamper with the content or create any derivative works therefrom.

2.2 We may terminate your license to use any purchased products if you breach this contract.

3. Payment

3.1 You may request to make payment by installments. If you and we agree that you may make payments by installments you must pay all installments on or before each due date.

4. Refunds & exchange

4.1 Voluntary refunds:

Leadership Lab

(a) If you work through the first three modules of The Leadership Lab and are not totally happy with it, then we will refund your money. Unless stated otherwise, you have a 14 day money back guarantee and refund period.

I believe in The Leadership Lab and the many women who have experienced fantastic growth, development and results from investing in this program. This type of progress requires that you follow the course and do the work. You must demonstrate that you have participated in the Course by accessing course content, completing the exercises, and/or joining the Facebook community, before requesting a cancellation of your course membership and refund. We will request the submission of completed worksheets, activities and exercises in considering your refund request. A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation and request for refund. In considering your refund we may also charge an administration fee at our discretion.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing to us within the defined refund period as listed above in section 4.1 (a), at eleanorceo@eleanorbeaton.com.

(b) If you receive your money back you must delete every copy of the product that you have downloaded as well as copies you have placed on other devices or media.

4.2 If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your money within two weeks of notice to us and the entitlement arising.

4.3 If you are required to return any goods, you are liable for the cost of returning those goods unless the cost is significant.

4.4 Your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a foreign currency, you are liable for the costs of exchange.

Marketing Through Adversity

Your message is a precious and highly valuable asset. As such we know that your decision to invest your trust and money in us to co-create your message is superbly well-placed. Therefore, here’s our brazen refund policy.

If, at the conclusion of your first Messaging Lab call with Eleanor, you have completed the requirements and are not satisfied with the messaging we have co-created, we will refund you 100% of your investment and we’ll wish you the absolute best.

You simply have to request your money back within 30 minutes AFTER the end of Call #1. You keep the valuable insight you’ve gained from the process free of charge. Simply make the request in writing to clientservices@eleanorbeaton.com before the deadline and your money will be returned. No questions asked.

Incubator

Payment Terms

a. Deposit. Any deposit made for The Incubator is non-refundable.

b. When you complete and sign the Incubator application, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card, or cash your check, for the agreed upon amount, as payment for your membership in the Program, if the Company approves your Application and accepts you into the Program. Furthermore, you agree that if you are accepted into the Program, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire 12-month course of the Program, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the Program, and regardless of whether you have selected a lump sum or monthly payment plan. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all monthly payments must be paid on a timely basis. If a monthly payment becomes more than 30 days late, the entire balance becomes due and payable immediately at day 31.
