What change are you working to create in your life, community or through your work: I truly want to be the change I want to see in the world. The best career advice I ever received: Don't let small minded people affect how you show up in your career. Find the people within your organization who are willing to think big and bring you along for the ride.
The two most important strategies I have used to build my career: I got clear on my vision and focused on building the career I wanted by having people into my life (coaches, mentors)that could help my achieve my career goals and hold me accountable.
